1. Who we are and what this covers
Weffex Solutions Private Limited (CIN U47912UP2024PTC208435), Gaur City Center, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh 201318 (“Smart Studios”, “we”) provides the Smart Studios platform: bookings and front desk, channel-manager integration through Channex (integration; certification in final review), guest app, staff apps, owner portal, invoicing and related tools. These terms apply to the business (“you”) whose authorised person signs up.
2. Your workspace
- Signing up creates a workspace for your business and its first property. You can add rooms, staff and settings yourself or ask us to.
- The person who signs up confirms they are 18 or older and authorised to act for the business. Keep logins confidential; every admin uses two-step sign-in.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the property, rate and staff information you enter, and for your own OTA listings and accounts (we never ask for OTA passwords).
3. Fees
- Nothing is charged at sign-up. The subscription is priced per property and agreed with you in writing before billing starts.
- Founding partners: free setup, then 50% off the subscription for the first 6 months from your go-live date, for properties that sign by 31 December 2026; first 25 properties only. The discount is applied on the invoice. GST is extra. Weffex may end the offer early.
- Billing is monthly by GST invoice. Third-party charges (OTA commissions, payment-gateway fees, Channex charges if passed through) are paid to those providers.
4. Term and leaving
- Month to month. No lock-in beyond the founding-partner discounted period; after it, either side may end with 30 days’ written notice (email is enough).
- Either side may end immediately for a material breach not fixed within 15 days of notice. We may suspend access after 15 days of non-payment, following a written reminder.
5. Your data
- You own your property, booking, guest, staff and financial records. For your guests’ and staff’s personal data you are the Data Fiduciary and we are your Data Processor, under the data-processing terms.
- Your data is kept apart from every other customer’s at the database level (row-level security per organisation).
- On request, and within 30 days after you leave, we give you an export (CSV or JSON) at no charge, then delete or anonymise your data except where law requires us to keep it.
6. What we do
We keep the platform available and supported on working days by WhatsApp, phone and email, respond to urgent issues (platform down, bookings not syncing) as quickly as we reasonably can, and process personal data only as set out in the data-processing terms.
7. Confidentiality, liability and law
- Each side keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential for 2 years after the arrangement ends (personal data indefinitely).
- Each side’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except for breach of confidentiality, data protection or fraud.
- Laws of India apply.
