Yes. When you book, add your country, how many of your guests are children, your expected arrival time and any special requests, such as early check-in or extra pillows. The desk sees them on your booking. Special requests are deleted 30 days after you check out.

Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Within 48 hours: 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds appear in 5–7 business days via Cashfree.

Yes. OTA Channels in the owner portal connects your own Airbnb, Booking.com and other listings to your unit through our channel manager, Channex, and is being switched on unit by unit as that connection completes certification. Once connected, your prices, availability and stay rules go to every listing automatically, and bookings from them close the dates everywhere. Those bookings are paid to you by the OTA and are never counted as Smart Studios revenue.

Yes. On any listing, choose a physical site visit or an online meeting on Google Meet and pick one of the host’s open times. For a physical visit you can add up to three more homes from the same host to see on one trip. Confirm, change or cancel the visit any time from Track Your Enquiry with your tracking code.

Yes. Press Apply now on Become a Broker, sign in, verify your Aadhaar and PAN with DigiLocker, and enter your RERA registration. The team checks your RERA registration, usually within a working day, and only then can owners assign you to a unit.

Yes, on the Pro plan. Marketplace vendors tick Sell on ONDC on a product, and Jrurat, our reseller on the ONDC network, lists it on ONDC buyer apps such as Paytm, sells it under its own GST number, handles delivery, returns and payment, and pays you your price for every unit sold.
