Owners assign you directly to their units for lead generation and initial enquiries — no cold sourcing required.
Your own public booking calendar
On a Plus or Pro membership, share a single link where prospects book site visits or online meetings straight onto your calendar.
Commission on closed deals
Log a deal with the owner after a successful lease or sale closure — it becomes part of your track record on the platform. Settlements happen directly between you and the owner, outside the platform.
Multi-property, multi-unit
Work with as many owners and units as your membership allows — your first month is free, then Basic (₹99 a month plus GST) covers up to 3 active units, Plus 15, and Pro unlimited, with new enquiries a few hours early. Nothing here ties you to a single property.
Apply online in a few minutes
Sign in, verify your identity with DigiLocker and enter your RERA details. Applying is free. Our team checks your RERA registration, usually within a working day. Once approved, start your membership (first month free) and owners can assign you units.
Onboarding is admin-reviewed, industry-standard KYC
Submitting this form only creates an application ticket — full onboarding (as an individual or a company, with PAN, RERA registration, and identity verification) is completed by our admin team once they've reviewed your details and reached out.
