You rent a unit in the building and want rent receipts, repairs and services in one place.

1. 1Sign in (or create an account) and open My Tenancy in the portal.
2. 2Choose the property and unit, and propose your lease dates, rent and deposit.
3. 3Your owner approves it — or, if they are not on Smart Studios yet, we invite them first.
4. 4Start your membership (first month free) to use the tenant tools.

You own a unit and want it managed, rented out or listed.

1. 1Open List Your Property and claim your unit: pick the property and your unit number.
2. 2Enter the area and rent, and verify your Aadhaar and PAN with DigiLocker.
3. 3Upload your ownership document (sale deed, allotment letter or similar).
4. 4Once approved, sign in to the owner portal and start your membership (first month free).

You are a RERA-registered agent and want to show and lease units here.

1. 1Open Become a Broker and press Apply now.
2. 2Sign in, verify your Aadhaar and PAN with DigiLocker, and add your RERA number.
3. 3Once approved, start your membership (first month free); owners can then assign you units.

You sell food, products or services and want guests, residents and offices as customers.

1. 1Open Become a Vendor, sign in and verify your Aadhaar and PAN with DigiLocker (about a minute).
2. 2Choose what you sell and enter your business details, PAN, GSTIN (or confirm you don’t need one) and bank account, then submit. Applying is free.
3. 3Once approved, start your membership (first month free) and add products in seconds: pick them from our catalogue, scan their barcodes, or upload a CSV — you only set your price and stock.
4. 4Fill in your shop page (timings, contact, UPI ID) and print its QR code. Walk-in shops take orders on WhatsApp and accept them with one tap.
