Do I need a membership to book a stay?: No. Anyone can book a stay at the rates above. Membership adds portal services such as kitchen and laundry ordering, from ₹99 a month.
How does the free month work?: You set up autopay when you start. Nothing is charged until the month ends, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrades charge only the difference for the days left; downgrades credit unused days to your wallet.
I own a unit — where do I subscribe?: In the owner portal. It is the same membership, so one plan covers you everywhere.
