Get online orders for your shop in Gaur City Center
Apply as a vendor on Smart Studios at portal.mysmartstudios.com/become-vendor: applying is free, takes about 5 minutes and includes a one-minute DigiLocker identity check. Once approved, choose a plan (the first month is free, then Basic is ₹99 a month plus GST). Your products are listed in the Shops search at www.mysmartstudios.com/shops, where people in Gaur City Center look up what the complex sells, at what price and which shop has it. Your shop gets its own web page with prices, opening hours, directions and a QR code for your counter. Walk-in shops take orders on WhatsApp: the customer adds items and sends you the list, you accept or change it from a link in the message, and they pay you directly by UPI. Smart Studios never holds the money.

- Apply as a vendor
Open portal.mysmartstudios.com/become-vendor, sign in and verify your Aadhaar and PAN with DigiLocker. Then choose what you sell and add your business, GST and bank details. Applying is free.
- Get approved and choose a plan
Smart Studios reviews every new shop, usually within a working day. Choose a plan under My plan; the first month is free.
- Add your products in minutes
Pick products from the ready catalogue, scan their barcodes or upload a CSV. You only set the price and stock.
- Fill in your shop page
Add your opening hours, phone and WhatsApp numbers and your UPI ID, so customers can pay you directly. Download the QR poster and put it on your counter.
- Answer orders on WhatsApp
Each order arrives as a WhatsApp message with an order number and links to accept, decline or add a remark. You do not need to log in. You can change quantities or add a delivery charge before accepting, and the customer sees the revised total.
Do I need my own website or app?
No. Your shop page on www.mysmartstudios.com is your website, and orders come to your own WhatsApp. On the Plus plan you can also put the page on your own domain.
Do I have to deliver?
You choose. Customers pick delivery or pickup when they order, and you can add a delivery charge when you accept.
I am not registered for GST. Can I still join?
Yes, if your turnover is under the GST limit and you sell only within your state. You declare that when you apply.
Will customers see my personal phone number?
Only if you choose to show it. Customers can always reach you on WhatsApp if you add a WhatsApp number, and your bank and PAN details are never shown.
Which shops can join?
