Become a broker or agent partner
Open Become a Broker on the website and press Apply now. Sign in, verify your Aadhaar and PAN with DigiLocker, then enter your RERA registration and contact details and submit. Our team checks your RERA registration and approves you, usually within a working day. Only after approval can an owner assign you to a unit.
Before you start
- A Smart Studios account. You can create one when you sign in
- Your Aadhaar and PAN, for the DigiLocker check
- Your RERA registration number, the state that issued it and its expiry date
- For a company: the company name, and optionally its PAN and GSTIN. The authorised signatory applies
- Start the application
On Become a Broker press Apply now. You go to the Smart Studios portal and sign in.
- Verify your identity
Agree to the DigiLocker check and press Verify with DigiLocker. It takes under a minute and brings you straight back to the application.
- Enter your details
Choose Individual agent or Company and fill in the form. Your name, email and mobile are filled in from your account.

Tick the confirmation and press Submit application. The page then shows that your application is under review.
What happens next
- Your application waits for our team to check your RERA registration. Nothing goes live and no unit can be assigned to you until it is approved
- You get an email when you are approved. Choose a plan under My plan to start receiving enquiries: your first month is free, then Basic is ₹99 a month plus GST (3 unit assignments); Plus or Pro add more assignments, a public calendar and early enquiries. If it is not approved, the reason is on your application page
- After approval you can set your commission rates and accept unit assignments from owners
