Get walking directions inside the building
Open your upcoming or current booking in My Bookings and tap Navigate to Studio. The route planner shows walking directions to your studio, including which lift or stairs to take and the floor to get off at. Start from your phone’s location or from the unit you are standing at. Where an exact position has not been mapped yet, the directions take you to the nearest mapped point on that floor and say so.
- Open your booking
In the portal, open My Bookings and pick the booking you are arriving for or staying in.
- Tap Navigate to Studio
The route planner opens with your property and studio already chosen.
- Choose where you are starting from
Under Starting point, pick My location to start from where your phone is (allow location access when asked), or I’m at a unit and type the unit you are standing at. Unit numbers work with or without punctuation, so “LG 376” finds LG-376.

The route shows the distance, the walking time and each step. A lift or stair ride is shown as one step: where to get on and which floor to get off at.
See where a unit is before you book
On Listings, a card with a View on Floor Plan chip has its floor plan mapped. Open it to see the floor with that unit highlighted and the rest of the floor greyed out. You can also ask Studio Buddy or the Alexa in your room “how do I get to the gym?”.
If something goes wrong
- Navigate to Studio is not on my booking
- It shows on upcoming and current bookings only. If it is missing on one of those, the booking is not yet linked to a unit on the building map. Ask reception for directions.
- The unit I typed is not found
- Try just the number part. Only units on the same property can be searched.
- My location puts me in the wrong place
- GPS is weak inside the building. Switch to I’m at a unit and type the nearest unit number instead.
