Register a visitor before they arrive
Open Visitor Passes in the portal and register your visitor’s name, phone number and expected arrival before they turn up. Security then has their pass ready at the gate, so your visitor is not held up while someone calls you for approval.

Enter who is coming and roughly when. Registering ahead is what lets security wave them through rather than phoning you.
