Register a visitor before they arrive
Open Visitor Passes in the portal and register your visitor’s name, expected arrival and, ideally, their phone number before they turn up. Security then has their pass ready at the gate, so your visitor is not held up while someone calls you for approval. You can also ask Studio Buddy or the Alexa in your room to register a visitor.
- Open Visitor Passes and add your visitor
Enter who is coming and roughly when. Registering ahead is what lets security wave them through rather than phoning you.
