Workation Stays in Noida Extension — Remote Work Guide

Why Noida Extension Works for Remote Workers

If you're a remote worker, freelancer, or digital nomad looking for an NCR base, Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) ticks boxes that other NCR locations don't:

• Affordable: Significantly cheaper than Gurugram or South Delhi
• Connected: Fast metro connectivity in progress; expressway access to all NCR
• Quiet: A residential character that makes deep work possible
• Serviced: Gaur City Center and Gaur City Mall provide everything you need within walking distance

What to Look for in a Workation Stay

Non-negotiables:

• 100 Mbps+ fiber internet (symmetric upload/download)
• Dedicated work desk and ergonomic chair
• Power backup (UPS) for zero-downtime work sessions
• AC and good ventilation (you'll be sitting 6–8 hours a day)

Nice to have:

• Meeting room for client calls
• Food delivery without leaving the room
• Laundry service so you don't waste mornings at the laundromat

Smart Studios — The Workation Choice in Noida Extension

Smart Studios addresses every workation need:

Internet: 100 Mbps fiber, dedicated per-floor bandwidth, plus a backup line. Upload and download speeds are symmetric — essential for large file uploads and video calls.

Workspace: Full-size work desk, ergonomic chair, and task lighting in every room. Not the tiny corner table you find in most hotel rooms.

Meeting Rooms: Bookable through the guest portal, subject to availability.

Power: UPS backup on every floor ensures zero downtime during Delhi's occasional power fluctuations.

Food: Our pantry delivers meals to your door 24/7. No need to cook or leave the campus during your work sprint.

The Workation Pricing

• Studio: Affordable monthly plan — best for solo remote workers
• Premium Studio: Available on request — for those needing extra space

All monthly plans include WiFi, electricity, daily housekeeping, and security. Longer commitments get better rates.
