Security Officer

About This Role

Protect guests, staff, and property through active monitoring, patrols, and incident response. Responsibilities: • Respond to and log security incidents through the staff portal with accurate detail • Conduct scheduled patrols and monitor property access points • Maintain visitor and vehicle logs for the property • Escalate serious incidents immediately per the property's emergency protocol • Complete shift handovers with clear notes for the incoming officer • Clock in/out and follow your assigned shift schedule • Apply for leave through the staff portal and keep your manager informed of availability • Complete SOP checklists for your department accurately and on time • Escalate issues outside your ability to resolve to your supervisor promptly
