About This Role

Fulfil guest food and beverage orders and keep pantry stock and equipment ready. Responsibilities: • Prepare and fulfil guest food/beverage orders placed through the guest app • Track and replenish pantry stock, flagging low-stock items before they run out • Handle cross-department requests routed to pantry (e.g. from housekeeping or front desk) • Follow food-safety and kitchen SOPs for every order prepared • Check out and return kitchen equipment through the portal's stock/tool system • Clock in/out and follow your assigned shift schedule • Apply for leave through the staff portal and keep your manager informed of availability • Complete SOP checklists for your department accurately and on time • Escalate issues outside your ability to resolve to your supervisor promptly
