Create and verify your account
Register with your name, email and a password of at least eight characters. We email a verification link valid for 24 hours — click it to activate your account, then sign in. Your account cannot be used until it is verified.
- Open Create account and fill in your details
Use an email address you actually check — the verification link and every booking confirmation go there.

Create account. Verification is emailed immediately. - Check your email and click the link
The verification link arrives immediately and is valid for 24 hours.
Not there after a few minutes? Check spam. Until you verify, signing in tells you the account is pending verification.
- Sign in
Sign in with your email and password. You land in your portal.
If you booked as a guest
Booking without an account still creates one against your email, so your booking is already waiting once you set up access.
If something goes wrong
- The verification email never arrived
- Check spam. If it is genuinely missing, contact support — the account exists and just needs activating.
- “Your account is pending verification”
- You have not clicked the link yet. Find the email and click it, then sign in again.
- “An account with this email already exists”
- Sign in instead, or use forgot-password if you do not remember it.
