See exactly where a unit is on the floor plan

Open Listings on the website and scroll to More units at Gaur City Center. Type a unit number, like O-512 or GF-120, or filter by Shops, Offices or Studios, area and power. On the unit’s card, tap View on Floor Plan: the whole floor appears, greyed out, with that unit’s spot lit up and labelled. Every floor from the lower ground floor to the 18th is mapped. Priced listings show the same view under Where in the Building.

  1. Open Listings

On www.mysmartstudios.com, open Buy / Rent and scroll to More units at Gaur City Center: every unit in the building, including ones not yet listed by an owner.

  2. Find the unit

Type the unit number, with or without the dash (O-512, o512), or narrow it down with Shops, Offices or Studios, the area, the power and DX cooling.

  3. Read the card

The card shows the carpet and super area, the sanctioned power, DG backup, and the mandatory monthly charges (maintenance, electricity and DG connection, with GST). Tap View breakup for the detail.

  4. Tap View on Floor Plan

The whole floor appears in grey with this unit’s spot in full colour and labelled, so you see at a glance whether it is near the lifts, on a corner, or facing the atrium or the road.

  5. Then enquire or walk there

Tap Enquire to have our team confirm the price and availability. For a shop with a page, Directions walks you to it with Path Finder.

Who it helps

  • Tenants and buyers: shortlist by position before a site visit, and compare two units on the same floor.
  • Shoppers: see which floor and which side of the mall a shop is on, then get walking directions.
  • Unit owners: once you list your unit, its listing shows its spot on the floor, so enquiries already know where it is.
  • Brokers: send a client the listing link and the floor plan does the explaining.

If something goes wrong

A card has no View on Floor Plan button
That unit has not been placed on its floor yet. Enquire and our team tells you where it is.
My unit is not in the list
Units with an owner on Smart Studios appear as that owner’s listing instead, or not at all if it is not for rent or sale.
