Property owner portal: what you can see
The owner portal shows live bookings and revenue for your unit, your payout history, profit and loss per unit, your documents, and notices from the property team. You also handle site-visit requests, link your own calendar so busy times are hidden from visitors, set what each unit is for (rent, lease, sale or self use), mark where the unit is on the floor plan, and ask Key Keeper, the owner assistant, about any of it.
- Overview — current occupancy, revenue and recent bookings for your unit
- Calendar — what is booked and when
- Payouts — what has been paid, and what is due
- P&L per unit — revenue against costs
- Documents — your agreements and paperwork
- Notices — announcements from the property team
- Site visits — visit requests from people interested in your listing. Confirm or decline each one, report how it went, and reply to visitor feedback
- Calendar sync — paste your Google, Outlook or Apple calendar’s private link so times you are busy are never offered to visitors. Only busy times are read; event titles and guests are not kept
- Unit purposes — on Listings, tap For rent, For lease, For sale or Self use for each unit. A unit marked Self use is not offered to people looking for a tenancy
- Where is this unit on the map? — click your unit’s spot on the floor plan. An admin approves it before it goes live on listings and directions
- Rates & restrictions — set a nightly price, minimum or maximum stay, no check-in or check-out days, or stop selling, for any range of dates
- OTA Channels — connect your own Airbnb, Booking.com or Agoda listing so prices and dates stay in step and its bookings arrive here (being switched on unit by unit)
- Add booking / block nights — record your own OTA or offline guests, or close dates for your own use or repairs
Key Keeper, your assistant
The chat button in the owner portal opens Key Keeper. Ask about your bookings, payouts, wallet, tenants, listings or visit requests in plain words, for example “what did I earn in September?”. It can also confirm or decline a visit request, reply to a tenant and request a managed service. Anything that changes something is shown to you first and only happens when you confirm.
Switching to the guest portal
Owners who also stay with us, or rent a unit, use Switch portal in the account menu to go to the guest portal without signing out.
Agreements
Your management or revenue-share agreement is prepared and issued by the property team, and appears on your dashboard once shared with you. There is no owner-side upload or e-signature step — if you believe yours is overdue, raise it under Concerns.
Before you start
