Join a waitlist and claim a slot
Open Waitlist in the portal, choose Join, and pick the studio, date and start time you want — all three are required. You can see your position in the queue, and when the slot frees up you claim it from the same page, which creates a real confirmed booking with payment pending.
Before you start
- You are signed in to the portal
- You know which studio, date and start time you want — the waitlist is specific to all three
- Open Waitlist
In the portal, open Waitlist. It shows how many queues you are in, how many are ready to claim, and your best queue position.

My Waitlists before joining anything. - Choose Join and fill in the slot you want
Select the studio, the date, and the time you would like. The end time is optional — leave it blank and a one-hour window is assumed.

The Join a Waitlist form. Studio, date and From are all required. - Watch your position
Your queue position and the total number of people waiting for that same slot are shown. You can be in more than one queue at a time.
- Claim when the slot opens
If the slot frees up, use Claim This Slot. Availability is re-checked at that moment, and if it is still free a real, confirmed booking is created for you with payment pending.
Claiming does not charge you automatically. The booking is created as confirmed-but-unpaid, and you pay it from My Bookings.
What happens next
- Joining puts you in a real queue, with a real position you can see
- Claiming creates a confirmed booking in My Bookings, priced at the studio’s published rate for that duration
- The waitlist entry is marked claimed and drops out of your queue list
If something goes wrong
- “That slot has just been taken”
- Someone booked it between the notification and your claim. You stay on the waitlist for the next opening — nothing is lost.
- I left a waitlist but it is still showing
- Refresh the page. If it persists, the removal genuinely failed — try again and message support if it keeps happening.
- I want to be notified for any time that day, not one slot
- Join more than one waitlist for the same studio and date at different start times.
