Buy from — or sell on — the resident marketplace
Open Marketplace in the portal to browse what resident vendors are offering, add items to your cart and place an order — the vendor sees it immediately and updates the status as they prepare and deliver it. To sell, use Become a Vendor, which gives you a store and an order dashboard.
Buying
- Browse and add to cart
Filter by category or search. Each item shows its price and which vendor is selling it.
Marketplace — items listed by resident vendors. - Place your order
Open your cart and place the order. Each line is priced against the vendor’s current price at that moment, so a page left open overnight cannot check out at a stale price.
If an item sold out or was paused while it sat in your cart, checkout tells you which one rather than silently dropping it.
Selling
- Open Become a Vendor and choose your category
Pick what you will sell — food, maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, beauty, products or tech support. This sets your commission rate, which is shown before you submit.

These appear on your storefront, so use the name you want customers to see.

Name what you offer, agree the commission structure, and submit. Your store goes live and you can start adding products.
You can add, price, pause and unpause products at any time from Vendor Products — pausing hides an item from the storefront without deleting it.
What happens next
- Your store is live on the marketplace immediately
- Orders arrive on your Vendor Dashboard, where you accept, prepare and mark them delivered
- Your payout details are stored encrypted and are never visible to customers
