Sell your products on ONDC (Pro plan)
ONDC selling is included in the Pro plan. Open Vendor Products, edit a product and tick Sell on ONDC, then fill in the details ONDC needs: MRP, your price to Jrurat, pack size, product code, weights, at least one photo and how many units you keep for ONDC. Jrurat, our reseller on ONDC, lists it through its Costbo store on ONDC buyer apps such as Paytm, sells it under its own GST number, and pays you your price for every unit sold once the return window has passed.
Before you start
- An approved marketplace vendor account
- An active Pro membership. On Basic or Plus the ONDC section is locked; upgrade from My plan
- For each product: MRP, the price you want from Jrurat, product code (barcode/EAN or HSN), pack size, product and shipping weight, and at least one clear photo
- Food products: your FSSAI licence number on your vendor profile
- Open Vendor Products and edit a product
Save the basic details first. Photos can only be added once the product has been saved.
- Tick Sell on ONDC
The ONDC section opens. Jrurat resells your product on ONDC, so you set your price to Jrurat; Jrurat sets the selling price buyers see, below the MRP.
- Fill in every ONDC detail
The form lists anything still missing and only accepts values ONDC allows, such as GST rates of 0, 0.25, 3, 5, 12, 18, 28 or 40%.
Product names on ONDC must be unique, so include the brand and pack size, for example “Ananda Paneer 200 g”.
- Add photos
Add 1 to 4 photos. They are converted to JPEG automatically. A product on ONDC must always keep at least one.
- Set the units kept for ONDC and save
These units are held back for ONDC so the same stock is not sold twice. When everything is filled in the form shows Ready for ONDC.

What happens next
- Orders from ONDC buyers are fulfilled from Jrurat’s warehouse at Gaur City Center, so keep the ONDC units there or deliver each order before pickup
- Jrurat is the seller on ONDC: it invoices the buyer, handles returns and complaints, and the ONDC apps collect TCS on Jrurat’s sales, not yours
- When an ONDC order is delivered, upload your GST invoice to Jrurat on that order in your Vendor Dashboard (PDF, JPEG or PNG). Jrurat pays you your price after the return window, to your verified bank account — but only once the invoice is on file
If something goes wrong
- The Sell on ONDC box is locked
- ONDC selling is a Pro plan benefit. Upgrade from My plan; the box unlocks straight away.
- “Another product on ONDC already has this exact name”
- Every ONDC product name must be unique across Jrurat’s store. Add your brand, pack size or variant.
- My category is not accepted for bulk listing
- Food & beverages, fashion, pharmacy, health and auto parts cannot be bulk-listed on ONDC yet. Jrurat lists these by hand, so they take longer to go live.
- I moved off Pro
- Your products stay in the resident marketplace, but are taken off ONDC in Jrurat’s next upload.
